Xiled Gaming Network Code of Conduct

All Xiled Gaming Network members must uphold the XGN Code of Conduct at all times.

General Rules

➜ Be respectful to everyone

➜ No hate speech; racism, homophobia, sexism, etc

➜ Do not send false reports through the report command. This is for serious offenses, not for you to mess around

➜ Keep arguments and personal problems in DMs (including suicidal/violent talk)

➜ No advertising on the server directly or through DMs (bannable)

➜ No excessive pinging; mass pinging staff, spam pinging someone

➜ Do not repeatedly leave and rejoin the server

➜ Do not try to get other people punished/banned (baiting)

Voice Chat Rules

➜ No ear rape/mic spam this includes videos of any sorts

➜ Do not spam the bot with music

➜ Keep the usage of voice changers/sound boards to a minimum

➜ Only one music bot per channel

Text Chat Rules

➜ Do not spam/text wall; 4 lines or more count as spam. Do not send the same pictures over & over(donors)

➜ No irrelevant emotes/dotting

➜ Do not misuse the media channels

➜ No suspicious links

➜ No botting invite links in other discords for our discord. (Allow others to find us on their own)

➜ Do not post people's pictures/DMS/information without their permission

➜ Please keep chatting in English, we cannot moderate what we can't understand

Profile Rules

➜ No Inappropriate names or profile pictures.

➜ No alternate accounts (will be banned)

➜ No impersonation

➜ Do not include hate speech within your status

➜ Do not bring notice to advertisements in your status

The following privacy policy outlines how your data is used on the Xiled Kingdom Network Website.

c. Foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and safe to express their opinions and ideas.

Fair Gameplay:

a. Do not cheat or use any mod or hack that gives you an unfair advantage. This includes X-ray, flying, speed hacks, and any other unauthorized modifications.

b. Do not exploit any glitches or bugs on the server. If you discover a bug or exploit, please report it to staff members immediately.

Community Interaction:

a. Keep the chat appropriate and avoid using offensive language or inappropriate content. This includes spamming, advertising, and using excessive capital letters.

b. Do not use offensive or inappropriate skins or usernames.

c. Do not build inappropriate structures or use inappropriate language in signs, maps, or books.

Staff Interaction:

a. Follow the instructions and guidelines of staff members, and do not argue or dispute their decisions publicly. If you have an issue or concern, please address it in a respectful and private manner.

Enjoyment and Responsibility:

a. Have fun and enjoy your time on the server, but always remember to follow the rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Friendly and Supportive Atmosphere:

a. Encourage a friendly and supportive atmosphere where members can collaborate, learn, and grow together.

b. Offer help and guidance to new members and be patient with those who may have less experience or knowledge.

c. Avoid toxic behavior, such as trolling, flaming, or engaging in personal attacks. Disagreements should be handled respectfully and constructively.

Responsible Conduct:

a. Follow the rules and guidelines set by the Xiled Kingdom network and its associated platforms.

b. Do not engage in cheating, hacking, or any form of unfair play that compromises the integrity of the network or its games.

c. Respect intellectual property rights by not sharing or distributing copyrighted material without proper authorization.

Privacy and Security:

a. Protect the privacy of fellow community members by refraining from sharing personal information without explicit consent.

b. Report any instances of hacking, scamming, or attempts to compromise the security of the network to a staff member.

c. Respect and uphold the Xiled Kingdom Privacy Policy.

Communication and Language:

a. Use appropriate language and tone in all forms of communication, whether it's written or verbal.

b. Avoid spamming, excessive use of capital letters (SHOUTING), or flooding chat channels with unnecessary messages.

c. Refrain from spreading false information or rumors that may cause harm or confusion within the community.

Community Engagement:

a. Actively participate in community activities, discussions, and events to contribute to a vibrant and engaging environment.

b. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve the network and its services.

c. Promote positive interactions and be an ambassador of the Xiled Kingdom network within and outside the community.

Consequences of Violations:

a. Violations of this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.

b. The Xiled Kingdom network reserves the right to take appropriate action to maintain a healthy and respectful community environment.

Website Administration:

a. The website administration have the right to terminate your account at any time, delete any content you may have posted, and your IP address and any data you input to the website is recorded to assist the site staff with their moderation duties.

b. The site administration have the right to change these terms and conditions, and any site rules, at any point without warning. Whilst you may be informed of any changes, it is your responsibility to check these terms and the rules at any point.
